What is the best kind of non-slip grip to put on the bottom of your shoes so you won't slip and fall?
I just bought a pair of flat Keds for work today. They are quite comfortable until I slipped uncontrollably on wet floor and fell to the ground. It felt like I was slipping on spilled oil where I couldn%26#039;t even control my feet at all! I bought these %26quot;safety steps%26quot; from Payless for $1.59. I put them on and I couldn%26#039;t feel the difference. They look like this

Reply:You need Shoes for Crews. It%26#039;s a brand made specifically for folks working in slippery conditions (restaurants, etc.). You can get off brand ones at Wal-Mart that are pretty good, but nothing will keep you from falling like SFC. You can walk on ice in these (I%26#039;ve done this in bad weather--my hometown is prone to ice storms). You employer may have a catalog running around, or you can order them direct from their website www.shoesforcrews.com

Part 2 of question - If you answer no please explain why? Not looking for fetish heels related answers or CD/TV/TS/TG specific answers, just regular guys who are into looking and feeling good about themselves, but with a twist :-) ****BEFORE YOU ANSWER PLEASE READ**** Assume the following....1.) You%26#039;re a fashion conscience male. 2.) You could find high heel shoes/boots in the MEN%26#039;S section of shoe stores with MEN%26#039;S size marking on them. 3.) Reply:I am afraid that this community has too much of a prejudice to high heels for your question to become relevant. Item 5 will not happen anytime soon.
However I can see it happen in the future when men get de-sensitized.
Because I am the product of my generation, I will never wear them as part of my regular clothing, they will always be feminine to me. (I might be persuaded to wear them in certain circumstances)

I have dreams about getting into trouble and flying to safety...? What does it mean?
For example, this time, I had a dream about being %26quot;locked up%26quot; but there were no cells or anything. It was more like a really dingy, dark, dirty high school, and all of us were high school age. We (my %26quot;crew%26quot;) were around the lunch table, plotting and planning our escape, but in order to do it we needed an old (out of style) pair of bowling shoes as part of one person%26#039;s disguise or something. So me and another kid went down some stairs to the cellar to go look, and somehow we ended up outside. It%26#039;s not that we weren%26#039;t allowed there, but I guess the guard was on to us, because immediately, she started shooting. I grabbed the other kid, concentrated real hard, and flew up to safety. And then, I concentrated again and cast spell to make us invisible as we hid up in a tree.
Like always with these %26quot;danger/escape%26quot; dreams, no matter what happens, if I just clear my mind and force myself to believe I can fly, I start to fly, and in every case I (we, this time) make it to safety. What%26#039;s it mean?

I believe flying in dreams show both spiritual courage, and skill. I believe this even while I am having such dreams. Your casting of a spell seems to confirm that you have some spiritual skill to use to escape from those negative forces seeking to keep you entrapped in negative conditions. You may be good at uplifting others spirits, and freeing them from negative energy, because you have the ability to do this with yourself. It is nice to be able to inspire others, that there is a way out of difficult conditions, if one concentrates hard enough at doing so. Meditate/pray, exercise, and eat healthy, so that you will stay spiritually strong, and an inspiring presence in this world.
